4Klövern tipsar – STARKT sommarevent !

STARKT

Nu på lördag, den 4/7, kommer chefredaktören för tyngre.se, Alex Danielsson, upp till Piteå för att hjälpa till med ett event på Step In på Furunäset. Det är ett samarbete med Strömbackaskolans Idrottsförenings Sommarskola som riktar sig till ensamkommande flyktingungdomar.

Från 12.00 är allmänheten välkommen att tävla i dragkamp, bänkpress på kroppsvikt och armhävningar. Dragkampen sker i lag om fem medan man tävlar enskilt i bänkpress och armhävningar.

Det kommer även finnas fyra personer på plats för uppvisning i benböj, bänkpress och marklyft. Att delta är helt gratis och man väljer själv om man vill delta i alla tre grenar, två, eller endast en.

Anmälan sker på plats och fina priser utlovas till den/de bästa i varje gren. Vi hoppas på en solig dag eftersom vi vill hålla till utomhus. Väl mött!
