Tävlingsdax

trots att jag tränar ganska lite nu så ökar styrkan litegrann ändå. Det går väldigt sakta, men det går framåt! Lyckades med 125kg i frontböj och var oerhört nära på 80kg i ryck..

Men det är dags att tävla igen. Denna gång i lag. Jag & Johan Hylander från Crossfit piteå ska köra en online tävling med 7 event. 1 nytt event varannan vecka. Star annordnar denna tävling. Ska bli kul att testa på lagtävlingen också.

Forhoppningsvis kör vi Kirunas lagtävling i början av sommaren (bara den blir av). Då ska vi ha hunnit träna ihop oss ganska bra. Vi kompletterar varandra väldigt bra. Johan är stark och uthållig medan jag behärskar de tekniska momenten bättre.

På måndag kör vi första eventet. Jag kommer filma alla event, så ni kommer få ta del av detta sen.
